I know Edge has this - very handy. You just right-click the page and Edge will generate a QR code for the URL.

I see that this feature request was made in March 2022 and it's half of 2025 already passed, @Jon Mozilla seems to have missed a very much needed accessibility feature in their browser. 

I have recently switched from Brave and Chrome, but I'm missing this feature. I'm a mobile worker, so I need this feature when I need to access certain URLs to share across devices, specifically mobile devices.

The answer to this feature must not be an extension but a natively implemented feature. All other browsers understand how mobile their users are; Mozilla seems to have been backward on accessibility features.
