Improve Performance for Websites Using 3D

This will improve the performance of Firefox for websites that use 3D like Google Earth, SketchUp, Sketchfab, etc., just to give a few. Firefox's current performance when it comes to 3D compared to other browsers is good, though, not the best, so I think this is very helpful, too.
