Hide Picture-in-Picture Button on a video but not in address bar

I don't like the button on the video Itself to get the video into Picture-in-Picture mode.

You can only switch the button from right to left or hide it completely.

I want that the button only shows up in the address bar, but disabling the setting "Enable Picture-in-Picture video controls" hides it there too.
