Make "Firefox View" a pinned tab in vertical tabs

Currently, "Firefox View" looks like, and works like a pinned tab in a horizontal tabbar. However, with a vertical tabbar, while I can add the "Firefox View" button to the address bar, it still works like a tab (e.g. clicking again won't close it) instead of a tool button. I can also manually pin an "about:firefoxview" tab to the vertical tabbar, but it doesn't have the correct icon.
