Have a box that can be bound to a shortcut to pop up with accessibility features for the disabled

I know there are many types of accessibility features for people with disabilities but it would be nice if there was a way to open a pop up box or tab, just as simply as if you start a new window or a new tab, that would give you access to all the accessibility features intended for helping those with disabilities to access your technology.  You could have them grouped by visual accessibility tools, auditory accessibility tools, sensory accessibility tools, etc.

The goal of this is to make it almost effortless for a person with a disability (and even people who just prefer the settings different) using this software to utilise it the way everyone else does.
