new item for right click on email menu - run filters on message

When you right click a message a list of options comes up, many of which relate to moving or copying the message.  An obvious one (to me anyway) that should be on the list is Tools/Run Filters on Message.  This effectively moves a message as do others of the commands already on the right click menu.  Please consider adding this functionality.
