Firefox Video Enhancement

I want a feature that enhances the video quality and increases the frame rate of the video. Many videos on the Internet have poor image quality and low frame rates, so I hope that there will be a video enhancement function that can make full use of the performance of the user's CPU and GPU. For example, enhance 720p video to 1080p, and 30 fps to 60 fps and 120 fps. In addition, when increasing the frame rate, the user should be able to choose what frame rate to be enhanced, and the user can choose between 60 fps or 90 fps or 120 fps
