Thank you for the great idea @hutcheon! Happy to say we currently have Firefox Sync functionality planned for the Thunderbird 115 (Supernova) release cycle. Stay tuned!
Yeah i would really love that but 1 important point for me is that i can use my firefox sync account in thunderbird sync so that i dont need a second account and thunderbird sync should be integratet with the thunderbird android client
TB offers the adaptive junk algorithm, which learns from the user whenever he moves emails around folders. Is the learnt heuristic be sync via the feature @jevangelho mentioned?
Follow up to @jevangelho posting of April 11, a technical snag has emerged that may prevent Thunderbird sync from happening in version 115. But good news, the developement work is continuing.
This would be ideal for those who use multiple versions of Thunderbird to test new features (nightly, daily, beta) and new add-ons (extensions and themes), while maintaining the integrity of their primary Thunderbird profile.
That would be great for me as I have several computers that I all want to use the same emails on, so it would be nice if it synched my logins over. That would mean I don't have to fully set up Thunderbird every time I install it and I wouldn't need to reenter my email footer over and over again!
