Enable thunderbird to add a signature in black colour and without the double dashes

Hi, the current signature one can add by default to Thunderbird is noticeably a signature.

For the many emails I send due to my job the possibility to add a signature (and an incipit) in black colour, indistinguishable from the rest of the text would be quite useful for time management, since I must conclude (and start) with a bunch of formalities that vary little-to-nothing one from another.
