Change position of menu boxes in reader mode

The reader mode function is really great and helpful, and the read aloud feature helps me stay focused with longer texts, but I keep getting annoyed by how the window that appears to control/pause the TTS is placed over the top of the text itself. There's tons of empty space on the side of the screen which could be getting covered instead. Or perhaps having some way to drag the window around would be good too?
