Do not delete (new tab) thumbnails with option clear "Browsing & download history" selected

Hi, as title says, thumbnails should't be deleted with history.

Sure some may say these tiles in new tab aren't supposed to be used as bookmarks.

I think they make for great bookmarks, they're accessible and convenient.

The images for the tiles are downloaded with each firefox start.
