Default Search Criteria for Thunderbird

I use Thunderbird on Windows. I frequently search the Inbox for a single sender. The default search criteria that appears on the "Search Messages" dialog is: Subject Contains null. I need to change the dropdown from "Subject" to "From" nearly every time I search. I would like to set a default for myself to From Contains null. I believe that most people would use this option, if it were available.
