Calendar : CalDAV improvements

As a huge user of CalDAV synced calendars, I suggest those improvements:

1. When adding a remote URL with several calendars inside, allow to setup alert, read-only, time to refresh for all of them
2. Multiple selection of calendars to update common properties (as listed above), show/hide or remove them

Of course, this could be applied to any added calendar, local or remote.
