Block list of words for search suggestions

I want to be able to create a list of words that I don't want to see in the search suggestions. Take the example above. If I didn't want any spoilers, I could have "death" and "dies" in the list, then the second, third, and fourth options would not appear in the search suggestions.

It could be useful outside of spoiler related searches as well. For instance, removing political terms or certain triggering words.
