Blank Page When Opening A Tab

This has been an intermittent problem for a while now. I will R-Click on a link, Open Link In New Tab, and get a blank page, which fails to load. It happens frequently, about 10% of the time. This problem began somewhere around 6 to 9 months ago. It didn't do that before.
