Allow for modifying the subject line of a received email, much like in Outlook

I've found an Add-on that does this (amongst several other things).  Try "Header Tools Improved", it works with Thunderbird 115.

Interestingly, I just now noticed that I do have EditEmailSubject MX, which has worked like a charm, and still does! How did I miss it?!!!
