Allow editing and exporting/importing of search shortcuts

currently there is no way of editing them so if I make a mistake then I need to delete the entire thing and start over. Also, there isn't a way to export/import them. I am coming from a different firefox fork and wanted to import them to firefox. Additionally, the option to add a new search shortcut was missing and I had to ask for help online to do it.
