Add Picture-in-Picture (popout) Button to Video Player in Firefox for iOS/iPadOS

Currently, enabling Picture-in-Picture (PiP) in Firefox on iOS and iPadOS requires entering full-screen mode first. It would be more convenient and user-friendly to have a dedicated PiP button directly in the video player interface. This would allow users to instantly pop out videos into PiP mode without needing to switch to full-screen first, similar to the desktop experience.
