Add haptics when closing tabs on Firefox Fenix

Compared to Chrome and Vivaldi, closing tabs by swiping them away in Fenix feels a lot harder. There should be a prominent indicator for when you are about to close a tab. I often find myself trying to close a tab, but it doesn't get closed because I didn't swipe it far enough.
