Add Cookies to the Firefox drop-down menu (waffles)

Status: New idea

Cookies should be easier to access, because they are so fundamental to browsing and security.  A multi-link path to them is cumbersome.  Please place a link on the Firefox drop-down menu (the waffles symbol).
