Add an option to Sync extension settings

When I use Sync to transfer settings and bookmarks to a different PC, I want the option to include extension settings as well. I don't like having to redo all my extension settings whenever I use a different machine.

Would be awesome to be able to sync the toolbar buttons position and all that! Including if the user has pinned the extension or not, and the position of the home button etc. That could all be synced.
