Add a setting to prioritize the use of HTTP/3 for a specific website.

In my own tests, some websites are faster using HTTP/3 in most scenarios. However, after a Firefox window has been open for a long time, it automatically falls back to HTTP/2 and will not use HTTP/3 for that website again unless Firefox is restarted. I cannot find any settings related to Firefox's HTTP/3 behavior. Could this feature be added in the future?

Please add a way to disable HTTP/3 for specific websites. I cannot for the life of me figure out why media on reddit often fails to load (over a year of this happening) and I've tried so many things but the solution through all of it is just to disable HTTP/3 globally, but I only want to disable HTTP/3 for reddit.
