Add a setting to prioritize the use of HTTP/3 for a specific website.

In my own tests, some websites are faster using HTTP/3 in most scenarios. However, after a Firefox window has been open for a long time, it automatically falls back to HTTP/2 and will not use HTTP/3 for that website again unless Firefox is restarted. I cannot find any settings related to Firefox's HTTP/3 behavior. Could this feature be added in the future?
