New idea
I often drag down particular tabs to separate them from the current window & open them in a new one. Occasionally, I fail to drag them far enough and they end up being added to my toolbar.
It'd be awesome if we had a feature to lock the toolbar, so it's impossible to add/remove anything to/from it without unlocking again. (Kinda like the feature that allows you to lock the home screen on Android)
