Thunderbird compacting folders not needed

I have a computer with 96 GB of Ramn and 2 TB of disc space.  I would like a way to stop Thunderbird from telling me it can save 77 MB of disc space by compacting folders. Not necessary. Is there a way to just turn this feature(?)off?

Go to TB menu > General > Network & Disk Space and enable 'Override automatic cache management. Crank up the 'Use up to..' number.

Go to TB menu > General > Network & Disk Space. Enable 'Override automatic cache management > crank up the 'Use up to..' number. Also disable 'Compact all folders when it will save over..'.
