RTX HDR and VSR only works in fullscreen for YouTube.

Seems to work fine on Twitch, and works for YouTube on Chromium browsers when not in full screen would like to have this work please!

This still need fixing please, as OP said, Nvidia RTX VSR and HDR only works when the video is in fullscreen, it should work when the video isn't fullscreen too, for example in Youtube's theatre mode.
