Fullscreen - Taskbar not hidden.
Anonymity mode - same.
Default profile with NO plugins - same.

Safe mode - all is ok.

i had the same bug even with netflix. i think it's something across all websites but sometimes it works as usual

Yip, I just noticed the same. Definitely FF related as it works 100% fine in Brave

EDIT: From that link supplied by @Agentvirtuel I found this "temp" solution that works :

Reset the hidden HTML5In full-screen HTML5In normal mode, Firefox uses cached resolutions for sites requesting a full screen. Sometimes this cache crashes.Go to about:config.Enter into the search: full-screen-api.transition-duration.enter and full-screen-api.transition-duration.leave.By default there are values 200 200. Change both values to 0 0 (just click on the pencil on the right, type 0 and save). What it does: It will remove the animation of the transition to the full screen. The browser will open the video instantly, preventing the Windows 11 Explorer from “latching” time by the window
