Private tab icon is covered by the link on the clipboard (Android mobile)d

Hey all

Today I encountered an irritating design flaw on the mobile web browser on Android. I had switched the URL bar to the top of the app a long time ago so I didn't anticipate getting blocked from creating a new private tab if I happened to have a link copied on the clipboard. The clipboard preview under the URL bar covers the private tab icon I intended to press. I was stumped and irritated because in the moment I couldn't even recall if there was another way of creating a new private tab. Either way, this is not very good user design!

Red arrow is pointing to where the icon is hidden under the preview.
