Hello,
In the past, when looking at my emails from Firefox, we could copy the text in the preview of the pdf file and paste it into another file. This feature was removed before the last few updates. We need to download the pdf file. Can you turn this feature back on?

Are you using the built-in PDF viewer in Firefox, or is it a preview overlay generated by a website like Gmail or Outlook?

This appears to still be an issue. I am using the latest Firefox with all extensions disabled. I logon to my Outlook email account at outlook.com. I open an email with a PDF attachment. When I click on the attachment it opens in a new window. I can view the PDF fine but I can not select text or follow any hyperlinks.

Everything else exactly the same, but using Chrome instead of Firefox, and I can select/copy text and follow hyperlinks.

Reddit user LunarAffinity has determined that the problem is only with PDFs that have the 'Tagged PDF' attribute TRUE.
