Missing "Keep until" section in Thunderbird Supernova Cookie Settings

Just upgraded to Supernova (115.1.0 64-bit)

Under privacy settings, there no longer appears to be "keep until" section for cookies. What happened to this?

How Can I manage cookie retention?
