As quarantined domains now disable addon's, please provide a clear alert when a user attempts to visit one, so that they can opt-out of doing so rather than visiting it without addons.

Particularly in light of the prominence tags now have in Thunderbird, please allow for the ability to sort and also manually reorder them.
