Mozilla Support is for proper troubleshooting.
Mozilla Connect is for crowdsourcing user approval for new features before implementing them.
The two purposes should be better distinguished, as too many people are using Mozilla Connect to troubleshoot the browser, when the solution is often easily found on Mozilla Support.
