I was differed here from the Google Play Store after mentioning in a review my disappointment with the lack of an option to save all thumbnails on older active tabs with Firefox Mobile (Version 132.0.2, Android 14, OneUI 6.1 ). With the understanding that it probably takes up much temporary storage, there are older tabs that I would like to access that have had their thumbnails forgotten because there is a limit on the number of thumbnails that can be saved in the apps temporary storage at one time. For some users, being able to see all of my existing tab's thumbnails is important, because I may not have all of the information that I need to find certain active tabs in the short title at the top of the tab. I'd like to advocate for a option to override the temporary storage features and way to keep all of my thumbnails. I used to use DuckDuckGo, which, although it did not have this specific option, saved all of the thumbnails of my open tabs no matter how many I had open at a given time. It also did not seem to have an effect on my device performance, and never became problematic for my device storage. I would very much appreciate if those at Mozilla would consider this (seemingly) simple feature.

Interesting point! Maybe a toggle option for "unlimited thumbnails" could be implemented, with a clear warning about potential storage usage. Would love to hear if others find this helpful for managing many tabs.
