When clicking "Mark as Read" or "Delete" on the new email notification window, DON'T switch focus to Thunderbird

When I get a new email notification and I click "Mark as Read" or "Delete", Windows switches focus to Thunderbird and brings it to the front of my open windows. This kinda defeats the purpose of managing stuff from the buttons on the Notification window.

Can you make it so that it just actions the button without making the Thunderbird app steal focus?
