A better explainer of Profiles, Containers and Groups

It seems like the features of Profiles, Containers, and Groups were all added at different times to suit different purposes, but to new users just learning about Firefox there's not one single official explainer of what each of these is and how they are different from the others. There's lots of little bits of information about each in different places, but anyone wanting to get the best workflow started is going to have a lot of trouble trying to get a straight and clear answer as to when to use which feature for which purpose and not get them mixed up. 

Please author a good, official explainer of these 3 in ONE article, ideally with a table that compares the features and limitations of each.
