Warnings ribbon takes up valuable space

The warnings appearing as ribbons below the headers (eg 'To protect your privacy...') are extremely annoying in that they take up valuable screen space, particularly when the screen is small. Clicking on the X to make them go away disrupts the workflow and only has a temporary effect. These warnings and the Options button could easily be integrated into the headers area or the status bar. After using TB for years we know what these warnings mean anyway. At the very least, advanced users should be allowed to make them less prominent.
