@piterktry it in Edge (it's already on Win10 anyway, so easy to compare to). I feel like the workload is similar, but the image is not. Update would be nice.
Hi! The just arrived AMD Video Upscaling feature would be nice to use on my main browser which is Firefox. This feature is included in the new Adrenaline driver 24.1.1.
There's much more to do on that subject : - Super Resolution - Fluid Motion - Auto HDR (when Firefox will support HDR) - Sharpening - Deblocking/Debanding would also be very useful on a web browser
Hi everyone, I am thrilled to say that we’ve partnered with NVIDIA to roll out AI-powered RTX Video Super Resolution support in Firefox 126, which launched on Monday! We’ve been working on leveling up our video capabilities for you, and we’re excited to add this step to our journey. Thank you so much for your patience.
If you have any questions, please consult NVIDIA’s RTX Video FAQ and our Firefox 126 release notes. Please give it a try, and let us know if you encounter any issues. (Bugzilla would be the fastest channel for us to receive and monitor problems.) Thanks again!
Thank you very much for finally bringing it ! The wait was long but quite worth it.
However, user-facing settings to toggle RTX VSR and RTX HDR would be more than welcome, way more convenient than going in about:config and setting the corresponding flags to false/true (especially for RTX HDR given how it is sometimes detrimental to the viewing experience in many aspects) and obviously even more convenient than toggling them in NVCP as those are system-wide.
This is now 'In development' - check out @kkim's recent post in the thread for more information. Keep on sharing feedback and stay tuned for more updates 🙌
