UX/UI: Add "delete from system" button into download manager and remove "dowloads history" window

Firefox has a "delete file" feature in download manager, but there is no button for it. I guess, it will be better, if it looks like this:

You also have to open a window to see the full list of downloads. Only resent downloads from a single session can be viewed. This  looks quite outdated and annoing.
