Using split view - choose two open tabs to split the screen instead of the second one being a new tab

It would be nice to be able to choose which two tabs split the screen. Maybe a tab could be dragged over the new open split tab to replace the new one with an already open one. 

Split tabs is a useful feature - thanks!
