Making a non-list grid like tab view which allows you to see multiple tabs. Ideally with the ability to choose how large in both dimensions and how many items per row should be listed. This would allow a proper overview of open tabs without it being too clinical or prohibiting a preview like a list

As not everyone uses a Bottom Bar, a functional Top Bar with a pop out Hamburger Menu would be great. Bottom and Top Bar functionality can be mirrored so no matter how you grab your phone you can easily access all options with just 2 button pushes. Making the option scalable or even screenwide could help some users as well
