Using Ctrl + F search doesn't find stylized unicode characters

When I use ctrl + f function to search the text on page, Firefox doesn't find the stylized unicode characters. Chrome is able to search that because it renders the Unicode down to the base letters and runs searches on that; Firefox does not for these code blocks (but does for things like accented letters).
