Add a Hex Code feature to Custom Color Panel on the PDF Editor

With the addition of the Color Picker feature on the browser (WHICH IS AWESOME BTW!!!), I think the PDF Editor's Custom Color Panel for the Pen tool should have an input for the Hex code rather than just RGB and HSL!

I use the PDF editor for just about anything related to academia. I have added an assortment of highlighter colors to help with note taking and enjoy drawing symbols with the Pen. I want to copy my highlighter colors and add them as Pen colors, but the Custom Color program uses sliders rather than Hex code. It would be a very minor addition to the system, but it would be incredibly convenient since other parts of the browser already use Hex code!
