How about getting direct access to the bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar when you long press the home button in Firefox Android. Most people I know organize their bookmarks on the desktop via this bookmarks toolbar and synchronize this automatically between desktop and smartphones. And on the smartphone, access is really awkward.
