Whenever I open a bookmark folder that's on the toolbar, that has a list of bookmarks so long that a scrollbar appears at the top, when I move the mouse cursor down to select a bookmark it first passes over the scrollbar. This has the effect of scrolling my bookmark list, which I then have to use the mousewheel to correct. I use these bookmark folders all the time for certain bookmarks that I have centrally located, meaning I have to scroll back many times a day. I would like a config setting to deactivate the scroll bars, and preferably remove them, so that I have more space for bookmarks on the visible dropdown. A less desirable, but acceptable, alternative would be to disable the scroll bars until they are clicked on. Alternatively just but a vertical scrollbar on the right.
