Thunderbird update wording change

When I go to the Thunderbird About page and update to a new version, the update concludes with the message "Restart to Update Thunderbird".  To me, that implies that Windows will restart, not just Thunderbird. I suggest the wording "Restart Thunderbird to Apply Update".

same for Firefox - let's say 'relaunch' ? (restart strongly implies the device, not the app) - dead confusing
