Thunderbird - show when threading is enabled

Currently, there's no way of knowing if threading is enabled for a folder unless you scroll down to a message thread and see the thread icon. The thread icon in the column headers should change color or background to indicate when it's turned on.

I suggest setting 'thread off' by default when a new account or directory is created.

Also having an auto changing buttom  to put thread off/on inmediatelly for any folder
