THUNDERBIRD : “Search” field at the top of the side panel of folders

THUNDERBIRD : It would be very useful if there were a “Search” field at the top of the side panel of folders (next to “Load new messages” or “Write a new message”) to quickly filter folders — like the one in the side panel of bookmarks in FIREFOX. I have a lot of folders, and it's difficult and time-consuming to find them in the tree structure. Thank you in advance if this improvement is possible ! MN
