I am having issues with Thunderbird and need a time sequenced log to determine why the "Loading message" takes so long to load where the message is only few kb. I need the log to show all the parallel logins going on and which logins do what. I also need the log to show error/warning messages. To that end, I need to know whether certain actions require a rebuild of the index file *.msf. For example, I was told the slow loading mesages could be from a corrupt/bad/mis indexed *.msf file. I repaired the inbox folder and found the count of emails before repair was more than the number of emails after the repair. Another issues I am having is that the email headers are in the thunderbird but the body of the emails are not!!! The last major issue is the spam operations and how they work. What is the work sequence. Obviously it is after the emails are loaded. Some times I will mark the email as spam, the icon turns red and nothing happens. However sometimes I can mark it red and the email go to spam. Sometines I cannot drag an email to spam. Somtime the loading message takes so long I can log into the IMAP server and review my email before the body of the email show up in Thunderbird.
Thanks for the help.
