Thunderbird idea : Multi device settings synchronisation (accounts + settings)

The idea is to be able to setup Thunderbirds in second using peer to peer sync.
To make control granular we need to be able to choose which settings are to be synced, which would be available in a synced settings tab.

People could use QR codes or auth keys to connect their devices peer to peer .
