Thunderbird Desktop Filter Features! ^_^

Dear Mozilla,

This is a simple request from a fellow coder. The junk management on email never really gets everything right. As a user, I'd request that there is a way to do two things:  1) Run the mail message filters on the Junk folder, and 2) Have a simple email black-list to easily right-click > Add Email to Blacklist, so that predatory emails are kept from my kids!

These are very easy to implement! Why not put them on the Desktop client as features?
